your head could stand it



Today I was reading in the Yahoo! news about ways to keep your brain quick and agile. Gingko, Cardio excercise, supplements. We all know about those. But this one caught my eye.

#3. Turn upside down for a few minutes daily.


If not for any reason... "monkey stand" for your health.
